• To review briefs, prepare quotes, and deliver approved production orders.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To keep the store secure and working reliably.
• To send order-related email only — we never sell or rent your data to anyone.

We use a minimal set of cookies: strictly necessary ones to keep your session working, and optional analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use a shopping bag or retail checkout cookie.

We share data only with the services required to run the site and approved production workflow — delivery carriers, hosting, and operational partners. Each of those providers is bound by its own privacy commitments, and we limit what we send them to the minimum needed.

Brief and production records are kept as long as required for operations, warranty, and legal purposes. Analytics are retained in aggregate and can't be traced back to you.
