Custom production timing depends on garment type, quantity, artwork, approvals, and the target date. Your quote and production order hold the agreed plan. Track the request from the teamwear request tracking page.

Use your HANG67 request reference and the email used for the brief to see the latest inquiry, quote, design, production, and payment-milestone status.

• A target date changes — contact us as early as possible so the production plan can be reviewed.
• A parcel is delayed or damaged — send the reference and delivery details to support so we can investigate.
• The approved design needs a change — do not send a new production file directly; request a design revision first.

Delivery locations, duties, and taxes are confirmed in the quote for your organization. Payment milestones are managed manually against the approved quote; card checkout is not part of this workflow.
