Custom order changes

Changes to quantities, groups, colors, fabrics, or fit are easiest before the design is approved. Contact us with your HANG67 reference and we will update the working brief.

• A new request becomes a design revision and may affect the quote, timeline, or payment milestones.
• Production does not begin until the current design revision is approved.
• Once production has started, changes depend on make-up status and may not be possible.
• We will confirm any cost or timeline impact before asking for approval.

• Email hello@hang67.com with your HANG67 reference and the exact change.
• We review whether the change belongs in the brief, quote, or design revision.
• We share any revised cost and timing before the change is accepted.
• Track the latest request status from the teamwear tracking page.

If an approved custom order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the approved design, contact support with the reference and photographs. We will document the issue and agree the next step.
